Pankaj Bhagat is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in banking and financial services, currently serving as the Head of Retail Litigation at RBL Bank since October 2016. Pankaj has held various senior legal positions including Head Legal at Shaha Finlease Private Limited since December 2010 and Senior Manager Legal at Kotak Mahindra Bank from June 2010 to December 2010. Previous roles include Senior Legal Manager at IndusInd Bank, Manager Legal at Barclays Investment Bank, and Manager Legal at E-serve International Limited (Citigroup Company). Pankaj began a legal career as an Advocate at Mahesh Menon & Co., where responsibilities included court appearances and drafting legal documents. Pankaj holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in Banking from New Law College and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from Ramnarain Ruia College.
