Niti Arya is an experienced corporate professional, currently serving as Head Secretarial at RBL Bank since August 2019. Prior to this role, Niti worked as Company Secretary at Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd from March 2013 to March 2019, and held the same title at First Blue Home Finance Limited, where involvement in the company’s acquisition by its current holding company was notable. Niti's early career included a position as Company Secretary at Moser Baer between April 2010 and February 2011. Niti holds a Commerce degree from Cambridge School and has achieved the qualification of Company Secretary in Corporate Law from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
