Brecht De Coninck is a highly experienced medical professional specializing in physical and rehabilitation medicine with a focus on sports medicine. Currently serving as the Team Physician for both the Royal Belgian Football Association's First Team and U21 teams since November 2014, Brecht also holds positions as a Medical Doctor at De 12de Man and AZ Sint-Jan Brugge-Oostende AV since February 2021 and August 2018, respectively. Additional roles include advisory board member at Voetvorm and previous experience as a physician for KAA Gent's Youth Academy. Brecht's extensive training includes residency in physical and rehabilitation medicine at UZ Gent, UZ Leuven, and AZ Sint Jan Brugge Oostende, complemented by a Master's degree in general medicine from Ghent University.
