Prior experience includes roles such as Manager of Ministry Engagement and Project Management Supervisor within Discovery House Canada, alongside significant experience in customer care management at Freedom Mobile and WIND Mobile. Steven has also coordinated special events for the Downtown Windsor Business Improvement Association and has a background in education as a teacher at the Dominican International Institute. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Energy Company Management and a BBA in Business Administration and Management.
