Jaismeen Gill is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent financial institutions. Currently serving as Vice President in the COO Division at RBC Capital Markets since January 2021, Jaismeen has spearheaded the delivery of significant engagements encompassing product launches and operational transformations. Prior to this role, Jaismeen held positions at Credit Suisse as AVP in Global Markets Operations, where strategic initiatives were led, and at A.T. Kearney, providing consultancy to C-Suite executives. Jaismeen's background also includes key responsibilities at Goldman Sachs in finance and Deutsche Bank in technology and operations.
