Caroline M. is an accomplished financial services professional with extensive experience in business transformation and client change management. Currently serving as the Co-Chair of the Diversity Leadership Committee and Director of the Business Transformation Group at RBC Capital Markets, Caroline has also held various leadership roles within the company since June 2019. Prior to this, Caroline contributed to RBC Investor & Treasury Services as Associate Director of Client Change & Onboarding Asiapac. Caroline's experience spans a 16-year tenure at J.P. Morgan, where roles included Client Service Manager, Project Manager, and OTC Project Manager, overseeing critical projects and client onboarding initiatives. Caroline's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from Cardiff University and foundational studies at Strode College and Huish Episcopi Comprehensive School.
