Ali Syed is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and cloud infrastructure. Currently serving as Director of Software Engineering (Cloud Infrastructure) at RBC Capital Markets, Ali has previously held positions as Senior Manager in Cloud Infrastructure Development and Automation and Senior Developer focusing on Infrastructure Development and DevOps within the same organization. Prior to this role, Ali was involved in the Amplify Program at RBC Capital Markets and worked as a Software Developer and Market Manager at HotelsByDay, as well as a Game Developer at Conrad Labs. Ali holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering, obtained between 2013 and 2017, and completed GCE Advanced Level studies in Physics at Lahore Grammar School from 2011 to 2013.
