Anda Bulhac possesses extensive experience in vendor management and procurement, currently serving as Vendor Manager and previously as Vendor Analyst at RBC BlueBay Asset Management since May 2020. Prior roles include Vendor and Procurement Analyst at Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited, and Procurement Compliance Executive at Paysafe Group. Anda began a career in finance as a Cash Administrator at IBM and also gained experience in customer service and marketing with roles at Oracle and CGS. Anda holds a Master’s degree in Political Science and Government from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, a Master’s degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Bucharest, and a Licentiate degree in History from the University of Bucharest.
