Susan Egstrand is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the consumer healthcare and nutrition industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President for Europe and ANZ at Reckitt since December 2016, Susan leads a £2.5 billion RSV business and has held various strategic roles, including Regional General Manager for Northern Europe and Global Category Leader for Healthcare. Prior to Reckitt, Susan held leadership positions at McCormick and GlaxoSmithKline, managing significant P&L responsibilities and driving substantial growth. Earlier career milestones include roles at Herbalife, Pfizer Consumer Healthcare, and Numico, where Susan developed and implemented successful marketing strategies across multiple categories. Susan holds a degree in history from Queen Mary University of London.
