Divya Benawra has over 20 years of experience in leadership coaching, partnership development, and executive support. Currently serving as a Business Coach and Partnerships Development Manager at Reckitt since August 2011, Divya has designed leadership programs like the Women in Leadership Coaching Programme and strategically aligned partnership initiatives with business goals. Previous roles include Executive Assistant to senior executives at Reckitt and PA to the Commercial Director at Hutchison 3G, where Divya managed complex communications and scheduling. Divya's educational credentials include an Accredited Korn Ferry 360° Leadership Coach qualification, completion of the Meyler Campbell Mastered Programme, and a BA Hons in Journalism & Communication from the University of Westminster.
