Alex Harris is currently a Channel Consultant at R/B Sales Corporation. Prior to that, they worked as an Informatica Engineer and Technology Solutions Analyst at Allegis Global Solutions. Alex has experience in performing analysis, design, development, unit testing, peer review and documentation of Extraction Transformation and Load (ETL) routines using Informatica Tools based on functional design and specification documents. Additionally, they have experience in acting as the technical liaison within the AGS Technology Solutions Team to provide outstanding customer service to clients, as well as providing creative and innovative solutions on requirements. Alex is specialized in integrating systems using large amounts of unstructured data sources to create customer deliverables, automated system data loads, and automate data base procedures. Alex has also participated in customer interactions during the requirements analysis, design, development, testing, training, and support phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Furthermore, they are skilled in providing swift, accurate, and fair work estimates of effort, as well as conducting quality assurance activities to ensure workflows and mappings are performing as expected.

Alex Harris has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Elizabethtown College. They also have a concentration in Japanese.
