Megan Bumpus has over a decade of experience in employee development and training within the fast-food industry. Currently serving as a Training Assistant at RB American Group since December 2018, Megan has played a key role in enhancing training programs. Prior to this position, Megan was the Employee Development Admin at US Beef Corporation, the largest franchise of Arby's, from September 2008 to December 2018, where responsibilities included facilitating training initiatives and supporting employee growth.
