Siva B. Mohan

President And Chief Medical Officer at RazorMetrics

Dr. Siva Mohan, a native of Atlanta, is a healthcare entrepreneur and physician. He currently

practices interventional cardiology as faculty of Emory University School of Medicine. He

completed his post-secondary education at the University of Washington (Seattle) and Emory

University (Atlanta, GA). He completed his general cardiology fellowship at the University of

North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he later received his fellowship training in coronary and

peripheral interventions. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and

Interventional Cardiology.

Currently, Dr. Mohan is co-founder and president of RazorMetrics. As an entrepreneur, Dr.

Mohan was a principal in Health Point Partners, a population health company (Sarasota, FL). He

raised $8mm for the venture. After one year, he assisted in the sale of the Medicare Advantage

segment (BeHealthy) to Alignment Healthcare. Dr. Mohan has been an advisor to several

healthcare venture capital firms over the last ten years, including Hatteras Venture Partners

(Durham, NC). Prior to RazorMetrics, he was the chief medical officer for ePatientFinder, which

was acquired 5/18. Dr. Mohan is a graduate of Leadership Atlanta (class of 2013) and was also

awarded Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Top 40 under 40. He currently sits on the boards of Emory

Healthcare and the American Heart Association (SE chapter).

Dr. Mohan has distinguished himself in receiving many academic, professional, and leadership

awards. In addition to being well-published in peer-reviewed academic journals and textbooks,

he has also spearheaded the formation of the Southern Heart Research Institute, where

the academic clinical research is the mission. Beyond his strong commitment to clinical practice, he

holds advisory/investigator positions with several multinational medical device and

pharmaceutical companies where he has also served as a consultant. He is a member/fellow of

the American College of Cardiology, American Heart Association, Society of Coronary

Angiography and Intervention, and European Society of Cardiology.
