Carlos Pons-Fuster Montaner is an experienced legal professional specializing in intellectual property law. Currently serving as IP Counsel at Razor Group since August 2022, Carlos previously worked as an Associate at SKW Schwarz Rechtsanwälte from June 2019 to August 2022 and held a seconded position as Corporate Counsel at Merck Life Science from July 2021 to April 2022. Carlos also worked as an IP legal specialist at Greyhills Rechtsanwälte between September 2015 and May 2019 and served as an IP Administrator at OHIM during summer 2015. Additional experience includes a trainee position at the European Patent Office and an internship at ELZABURU. Carlos holds an LLM in Intellectual Property from Universitat d'Alacant and a dual degree in Law and Business Administration from the same institution, complemented by education at Aarhus University.
