Neil Motley is an experienced technology professional with a diverse background in software development, architecture, and leadership roles. Currently serving as Head of Production at Razor Ltd since April 2021, Neil leads a production team focusing on improving software production standards and addressing bottlenecks. Prior to this, Neil held various positions, including Principal Developer at Razor Ltd, Technical Architect at Servelec, and roles at Irwin Mitchell, Knowledge Integration, and RELEX Solutions, where expertise in architecting solutions, stakeholder management, and agile methodologies was demonstrated. Neil's career began at Thales Information Systems as a Development Team Leader, and Neil holds a 1st Class BSc (Hons) degree in Business Information Systems from Sheffield Hallam University.
