Dmytro Smyrnov is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at RAZOM GROUP since November 2023, Dmytro previously held the position of Country HR Manager at Polish Humanitarian Action from October 2022 to November 2023. Earlier roles include Human Resources Director at razom communications and Country HRD at LC Waikiki. Dmytro's career also encompasses significant experience at Inditex, where roles included HR Manager for ZARA, Uterque, and Zara Home, as well as HR Director. Dmytro earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Iowa State University between 2003 and 2007.
