Annie Donovan is the President and CEO of RDF, where they lead initiatives to drive community development. Previously, they served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) and held various leadership roles at organizations such as the US Peace Corps and Capital Impact Partners. Annie began their career with a focus on community development, managing grant and loan programs to support economic initiatives in distressed areas. They earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business.
