Shai Horowitz currently serves as a Customer Success Manager at Rayzone Group, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Shai worked as a Solutions Engineer at Cyabra from December 2021 to March 2024 and as a Web Intelligence Analyst at Cobwebs Technologies from October 2020 to December 2021. Shai’s experience also includes an tenure at the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel from April 2018 to October 2020. In terms of educational background, Shai holds a Master's degree in Counter Terrorism and Homeland Security from Reichman University (2020-2021) and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Communication from Tel Aviv University (2017-2020).
