Jeff Lewis has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Jeff most recently served as the Chief Executive & Managing Director at Raytheon UK, starting in June 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Raytheon UK from May 2019 to June 2020. Before joining Raytheon UK, Lewis worked at Babcock International Group, where they held multiple roles such as Divisional Business Development Director - Marine, Managing Director - Defence Systems Technology, and Director - Systems & Equipment from 2008 to 2019. Jeff also worked at The Weir Group PLC as the Director Defence Support & Services from 1997 to 2008 and at Balfour Beatty plc as a Business Development Executive from 1990 to 1997.

Jeff Lewis attended Harvard Business School and completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP 190). Additionally, they studied at the University of Sussex from 1985 to 1988, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering.
