Lexi Hernandez, Ph.D., serves as the Executive Director of DE&I Workforce Initiatives at Raytheon Technologies since May 2022, bringing extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion leadership. Previously, Lexi held various roles at Raytheon, including Director of Talent Development for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and Director of Diversity and Inclusion, where Lexi played a crucial role in developing bold strategies to meet D&I objectives and inspire a network of allies. Lexi's early career included positions at PetSmart and TalentSmart, focusing on talent management and learning development. Lexi holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, an MS in the same field, and a BS in Psychology from the University of Arizona.
