Anna Karlhede is a Machine Learning Engineer at RaySearch Laboratories since August 2021, following a role as a PhD Student in Computational Mathematics at SciLifeLab from September 2020 to July 2021. Anna completed a Master's thesis at Mentimeter in early 2020 and worked as a Teaching Assistant at KTH Royal Institute of Technology from August 2019 to January 2020. Prior experience includes a position as a Junior Software Engineer at Sellpy and as a Developer at Ericsson. Anna also served as an International Student Ambassador at KTH, representing the institution in Asia. Leadership roles include Head of Communication for Pepp!, a mentorship programme aimed at encouraging girls to pursue science and technology, as well as Head Chef of the Party Committee and Head of the Equality Board at the Physics Chapter at KTH. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Computational Mathematics from Stockholm University and a Master's degree in Computer Science from KTH.
