Chih-Pin Lu is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in asset management and securities law. Currently serving as General Counsel and Chief Counsel for the Asset Management Group at Raymond James Financial since 2008, Chih-Pin Lu has held various titles within the organization, including Managing Attorney. Previous roles include Member at ACC, Of Counsel in the Securities Practice Group at Johnson, Pope, Bokor, Ruppel & Burns, LLP, and Senior Counsel in the Enforcement Division of the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Early in the career, Chih-Pin Lu served as an Assistant Federal Public Defender specializing in white collar defense. Academic credentials include a JD from Boston College Law School and a BA in International Relations with a focus on German language from Tufts University.
