Candi James has significant experience in corporate governance and legal compliance, currently serving as a Corporate Governance Paralegal at Raymond James since July 2024. Prior roles include Senior Paralegal at The Mosaic Company, where responsibilities encompassed board management and SEC filings, and Senior Paralegal Specialist at The Walt Disney Company, focusing on legal entity maintenance and annual corporate documentation. Candi previously contributed to Raymond James in various capacities, including Legal Education Coordinator, where a legal assistant internship program was developed. Other experience includes positions at FrankCrum, Baker Hostetler, LLP as a Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions Paralegal, and Collect America, Ltd, where Candi acted as Corporate Paralegal. Candi holds a BAS in Legal Studies from St. Petersburg College.
