John Speer has extensive experience in the construction and distribution industries, currently serving as the general manager at Rayhaven Group, Inc. since October 2008, where the company specializes in hollow metal doors, frames, architectural hardware, and other related products. Prior to this role, John owned and presided over Speer Custom Homes, LLC, developing and building over 70 custom homes in Central Florida from October 1989 to 2012. Additional experience includes serving as a general manager at Amweld International, LLC from August 2005 to July 2009, and working as a sales representative at Smyth Lumber Company from May 1980 to March 1997. John Speer holds a Certified Residential Contractor designation from the State of Florida and an Associate of Arts degree in Business from Valencia College, earned between 1980 and 1983.
