Jill Cook is an accomplished professional in the travel and tourism industry, currently serving as the Ski Tours Development Manager at Rayburn Tours Ltd since December 2024. With extensive experience at PGL Travel from January 1996 to November 2024, Jill held several key positions, including Head of Customer Services, where responsibilities included developing strategies to enhance the customer experience and leading a team of over 80 employees. As the Ski & International Business Manager, Jill oversaw PGL's ski tour operations, managing sales, contracting, and budgeting, and previously managed PGL's Ski programme with an annual revenue of approximately £6 million. Prior to PGL, Jill gained experience as a Tour Co-ordinator at Go West Ltd. and in business development at Tours International Incoming. Jill holds a BA (Hons) in Modern Languages from the University of Bradford and completed secondary education at Nottingham Girls' High School.
