Basil Bouras is a Communications Design Specialist at Rayburn Electric Cooperative, a position held since May 2023. Additionally, Basil has been a Portrait and Events Photographer at Bouras Designs since January 2019. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree from the University of North Texas, obtained between January 2015 and May 2016, and a Bachelor’s degree from the same institution, completed from August 2009 to December 2014.
