Kerolos Seliman has diverse experience in retail and customer service, currently serving as a Retail Representative at Raya Trade since November 2022, focusing on understanding customer needs and promoting products. Previously, Kerolos held the position of General Accountant at Elmasryia for Air Conditioning and Trade, where responsibilities included recording data and managing permissions for goods receipt from November 2021 to May 2022. Prior to this, Kerolos worked at Telecom Egypt from September 2018 to December 2020, where roles included Customer Care Agent for both technical support and sales, emphasizing maintaining a positive and professional demeanor while addressing customer inquiries. Kerolos holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Assiut University, earned between 2014 and 2018.
