SN Sarah Morris, PhD, currently serves as a Scientist at Siren Biotechnology, focusing on AAV gene therapy research, molecular biology protocols, and AAV production while leading the R&D team for grant applications and patents. Previous experience includes roles as a member of the Organizing Team at Beyond Academia - UC Berkeley and as a PhD Graduate Student at the University of California, Berkeley, where research was conducted in the James Olzmann lab. Additionally, SN Sarah Morris held a joint appointment as a PhD Graduate Student at Berkeley Lab in the Susan Celniker lab and conducted summer research at RIKEN in the Aki Minoda lab. The academic background includes a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, a Master of Science in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from Southern Methodist University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Brown University.
