Yimeng (Yvonne) Sun has a diverse work experience starting in 2009 as a student at Tianjin University. Yimeng (Yvonne) then worked as a testing assistant at Yizheng Bicyclic Piston Ring Co. in China for a short period. Yimeng (Yvonne) later worked at UCIrvine as a Graduate Student, where they conducted research on carbon nanotubes (CNT) and graphene nanoribbons. Yimeng (Yvonne) also participated in research on electronic packaging and silver pastes for solar cells. Yimeng then moved on to work as a Test Engineer at Amphenol Advanced Sensors, an Engineer at SixPoint Materials, and an R&D Engineer II at NEXT Energy Tech. Yimeng (Yvonne) then became a Senior Engineer at Raxium before starting their current role as a Hardware Engineer at Google in 2022.
