Robyn S. Goldfarb is a partner in the Downtown Manhattan and Jersey City offices of Rawle & Henderson LLP. She has extensive experience in medical and dental malpractice litigation and has been defending professionals for over 12 years, bringing a total of over 20 years of litigation experience to the firm. She has handled all phases of extremely complex, high-exposure medical and dental malpractice litigation on behalf of hospitals, doctors and dentists throughout the New York City and outlying areas. She also has extensive mediation and motion practice experience.

Robyn began her career as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Rosemarie Williams of the New Jersey Supreme Court. She went on to prosecute child abuse and neglect cases for the Administration for Childrenā€™s Services of New York County. As a supervising senior attorney at Childrenā€™s Services, she conducted over 100 trials, including fatalities and severe child sexual abuse trials.

Robyn earned her J.D., cum laude, from New York Law School and her B.A., cum laude, from Kean College.

She is admitted to practice in New York (1998), New Jersey (1999), the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association.

Prior to joining Rawle & Henderson LLP, Robyn was an attorney for a New York City-based firm focusing on medical and dental liability.
