JOCELYNE C. PEREGOY is an Associate in the Philadelphia office of RAWLE & HENDERSON, LLP. Ms. Peregoy concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial motor vehicle, premises, general casualty and product liability litigation.

Ms. Peregoy is an experienced trial attorney with numerous defense verdicts in product and premises liability cases. Ms. Peregoy has argued cases before the Superior Court of Pennsylvania and prepared appellate briefs in matters of first impression before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Ms. Peregoy authored articles on liability resulting from injuries adjacent to commercial enterprises and forum non-conveniens. She serves as an arbitrator in the Philadelphia County compulsory arbitration program.

Prior to becoming a licensed attorney, Ms. Peregoy was a Senior Insurance Underwriter with the Cigna Corporation. After graduation from law school, Ms. Peregoy served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Doris A. Pechkurow, Court of Common Pleas, Philadelphia, PA. Before joining Rawle & Henderson, Ms. Peregoy worked for other Center City law firms and successfully maintained a legal consulting business dealing with issues related to privacy and data loss prevention and risk management strategies.
