Iyanna C. Greene is an associate in the Philadelphia office of Rawle & Henderson LLP. She concentrates her practice in the area of Workers’ Compensation litigation.
Ms. Greene earned her Juris Doctorate at Widener University Delaware School of Law in its evening-division program while working full time for the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority. While at Widener law school, Ms. Greene was a recipient of the Angelina & Victor Piccone Memorial Scholarship. Ms. Greene was an active member of Black Law Students Association, the Women’s Law Caucus and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society. In addition, Ms. Greene was an active member of the Transactional Law Honor Society and competed in competitions held by both the Transactional Law Honor Society and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society. Ms. Greene was also an intern with the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, Bureau of Consumer Protection, before her graduation from law school in 2018.
After graduation from law school, Ms. Greene completed a law clerk position with a Delaware corporation where she assisted the company’s in-house counsel in defending actions filed by the Delaware Department of Labor. Prior to joining Rawle, Ms. Greene practiced workers’ compensation litigation at a Philadelphia-based law firm.
