Chloe Thurston is a seasoned professional in training and development, currently serving as the Training & Development Coordinator at Raw JÅ«ce since August 2017. With a diverse background that includes roles as Field Training Specialist, General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Training Store Manager, Chloe has demonstrated expertise in leadership and operational management. Prior to joining Raw JÅ«ce, Chloe worked as a Teacher at Teach For America from August 2012 to July 2017. Chloe holds a Master of Education in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (2012-2014) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with minors in French and Business, from the University of South Carolina (2008-2012).
