Carol Thomson is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at Ravix Group since December 2021, Carol provides strategic and tactical HR support to a diverse range of clients from a remote location in Massachusetts. Prior to this role, Carol was the Executive Director of Human Resources at Vacation Myrtle Beach/Legacy Business Solutions, overseeing HR for a company with approximately 2000 employees in the hospitality sector. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Chrisad, inc., a leading dental marketing firm, and as a Human Resources Generalist at California Cafe Restaurant Corporation, which employed over 3000 staff across multiple locations. Carol holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from San Francisco State University.
