Raven Housing Trust is a social business based in Redhill, Surrey which owns or manages more than 7,000 homes.  We are committed to investing in homes and neighbourhoods to develop local communities where people want to live.

The majority of Raven's homes are Reigate and Banstead but we are increasingly working in surrounding areas. We now have homes in Mole Valley, Epsom and Ewell, Mid Sussex, Crawley, Woking, Sutton and Tandridge. 

The majority of our customers rent their homes from us however we also have customers who either own the lease to their homes or own their homes on a part-rent/part-buy basis with Raven.  We provide several sheltered housing schemes and also manage several youth centres in the area.

The Data and Business Intelligence team at Raven Housing Trust leverages data analytics to enhance decision-making processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive strategic initiatives. Comprising roles such as SQL BI Data Analyst, Data Scientist, and Business Intelligence & Data Analyst, the team focuses on data collection, analysis, and insights generation to support Raven's goals of fostering strong communities and managing its housing portfolio effectively.
