Jeff Metcalfe is an experienced operations director and account vice president, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Public Works Alliance since May 2023 and as Account Vice President at Ravel, LLC since January 2017. Previously, Jeff held the position of Project Director at Smith Dahmer Associates from January 2004 to January 2017, and Associate Director at Tropical Forest Group from January 2003 to January 2012. During tenure at Tropical Forest Group, Jeff achieved significant milestones including gaining California non-profit status and federal 501c3 status, while also leading teams to promote conservation messages at international climate conferences. Jeff holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan, earned between 1997 and 2001.
