Sandia Gutierrez-Collins has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Talent and Culture at Rausch Coleman Homes since January 2017, after previously holding the position of HR Systems and Recruiting Manager. Prior experience includes working as a Payroll and AP Coordinator at The HELPcard (Dent-A-Med, Inc.) from July 2015 to August 2016, and as an HR Coordinator at Highlands Oncology Group from December 2009 to July 2015. Sandia also served as the Office & Recruiting Manager at Action Staffing from June 2005 to October 2009.
