Tom Sievers is an experienced executive with a strong background in operations and engineering. Currently serving as President & CEO at RatPac Controls (Innovative Dimmers LLC) since May 2019, Tom has held several high-level positions, including EVP/COO at Aveox Inc. and President/CEO at Peritus Engineering & Manufacturing, Inc. Tom's expertise spans various roles in the aerospace and manufacturing industries, including Vice President at GroupAero and President at STADCO. Additionally, Tom has provided consulting services through Peritus Solutions, Inc. and has held leadership positions at Skurka Aerospace and Adams Rite Aerospace. Tom holds a Master's degree in Industrial Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
