Giovanni Romanin is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Chef Asesor Comercial at RATIONAL AG since January 2018, Giovanni previously held the position of Executive Chef at Meliá Hotels International from March 2013 to September 2017 and at Marriott International from February 2000 to March 2013. Giovanni's foundational culinary training was completed at Scuola alberghiera professionale I.A.L Aviano, where a degree in food preparation and professional cooking was earned from 1984 to 1987.
