Ashish Shukla has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple roles and companies. Ashish started their career as a chef at Hyatt Regency in 2005 and later worked as a Chef The Partie at Inter Continental- The Grand. At The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group, they served as a sous chef at the 24/7 coffee shop, responsible for managing food stock, staff, and guest handling.
Shukla then transitioned into the sales field, joining Rational AG as a Regional Business Development Manager in 2010. Ashish subsequently held various sales director positions, including Sales Director West India and Sales Director North India. In these roles, they managed sales activities, trained sales managers, identified key markets, and stayed updated on emerging trends.
In 2020, Shukla became the Director of Sales for the West and South India regions, responsible for overseeing sales activities and collaborating with teams. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Sales - India/Key Accounts Director at Rational AG, where they manage all sales activities in India and subcontinent.
Ashish Shukla's education history begins with their bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, which they obtained from JNV Seoni MP between 1994 and 2001. Ashish then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from IHM Bhopal, which they completed from 2002 to 2005. In 2013 and 2014, Ashish earned a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management through distance education from Shobhit University.
In terms of additional certifications, Ashish obtained the STCW certification from the Government of India in November 2006. This certification is related to maritime safety and operations.
More recently, from 2021 to 2022, Ashish pursued a post-graduate diploma in leadership specializing in Organizational Leadership from Emeritus.
