Tom Godfrey has extensive experience in operational resilience and oversight, currently serving as the Head of CASS and Operational Resilience Oversight at Rathbones Group Plc since June 2017. Previously, Tom held various roles within the same organization, including CASS Oversight Manager, CASS Oversight Executive, and CASS Oversight Assistant. Prior experience includes working as a Cross Border Reconciliations Expert Associate at International Financial Data Services from November 2014 to June 2017 and as a DMC associate at BNY Mellon from September 2013 to November 2014. Tom Godfrey earned a degree in Sports Science with Management from Loughborough University, completing studies in June 2013.
