Melissa G. currently serves as a People Systems Analyst at Rathbones Group Plc since January 2024. Previously, Melissa held various roles at Saunderson House from July 2014 to December 2023, including HR Operations Manager, HR Operations Advisor, Senior HR Assistant, and HR Assistant, where responsibilities included enhancing SAP Success Factors knowledge, implementing HRIS system developments, managing payroll solutions, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. Earlier experience includes a Customer Service Assistant position at Sainsbury's from May 2008 to August 2014, and an Administrative Assistant role at GVA Second London Wall in 2012. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Human Resource Management from the University of Hertfordshire (2008-2012) and completed CIPD certification from 2015 to 2016.
