Roman Novikov has a diverse work experience in various technology companies. Roman is currently working as a Kotlin backend developer at Rarible since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Lead at Sravni.ru from December 2020 to August 2021. Roman also held the position of Senior Java Developer at John Wiley and Sons from June 2017 to December 2020. Before that, they worked as a Senior System Developer at Tele2 Shared Service Center from June 2016 to May 2017. Roman started their career as a Software engineer at CBI-Info from June 2012 to May 2016 and then at RNT from September 2010 to June 2012.

Roman Novikov obtained their Master's Degree in Computer Science from Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University) from 2006 to 2012. In addition, they have obtained the following certifications: Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in February 2020, Programming in Python from Coursera in November 2017, and Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. in October 2020.
