Tracy Drogus Nugent is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in global talent management and acquisition. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Talent at Rare since June 2018, Tracy has held several leadership roles in the organization, including Senior Director and Director of Global Talent Management. Prior to Rare, Tracy contributed to IBM as GBS Global Talent Acquisition Leader and held various roles in the public sector recruiting division. Earlier career experiences include positions at K12, The Human Resource Partnership, PwC Consulting, and Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP, where Tracy built a strong foundation in human resources. Tracy holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences with a focus on HR and Psychology from Michigan State University.
