Caryn Perrelli is a seasoned global Human Resource executive with extensive experience in talent acquisition and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent at Rare since December 2017, Caryn contributes to a $30 million conservation organization focused on implementing locally led behavior change initiatives worldwide. Prior to this role, Caryn worked as an Independent Human Resource Consultant from January 2016 to November 2017, assisting various organizations with HR-related projects, including a global certification exam and labor law compliance. Caryn's prior experience at IBM spanned over 13 years, where responsibilities included leading talent acquisition and learning functions for a significant global services division. Caryn's career began at PwC in various HR roles, culminating in the position of Human Resource Director. Education includes a BA in Psychology from the University of Virginia and a certificate in Managerial Development for Organizational Effectiveness from George Mason University.
