Haley Griffiths has a diverse work experience in the field of research. Haley began their career at Dermira, Inc. in 2019 as a Research Intern, where they analyzed the efficacy of prescription drugs and the effect of various cytokines on inflammatory immune responses. Haley also developed a protocol for an in-house experimental model.

In 2020, Haley joined the University of California, San Francisco as a Clinical Research Coordinator. Haley conducted research tasks for the ASPIRE study, a nationwide cohort of pregnant women and their babies.
