Hector Vergara Aleman has a diverse work experience in various companies. Hector started their career at Banco Azteca as an Ejecutivo de cuenta Infinite from November 2012 to December 2014. Hector then worked as an Analista de compensaciones at the same company from December 2014 to March 2016. After that, they joined TKM Customer Solutions as an Analista WorkForce from October 2016 to June 2020. Hector then moved to Comdata Group and worked as an Analista WorkForce Uber BPO from June 2020 to May 2021. Hector continued their journey at Rappi, where they first worked as an Analista de aclaraciones from May 2021 to December 2021. Later, they became a Team Leader for Aclaraciones Mexico from December 2021 to July 2022. Currently, they are working at RappiCard Mexico as a Controversies Operations Analyst starting from July 2022.

Hector Vergara Aleman is currently pursuing a degree in Accounting and Finance at UTEL Universidad, starting in 2019 and expected to complete in 2021. Prior to this, from 2011 to 2015, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Administration and Business Management at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
