Blanca Segura started their work experience at CervecerÃa Cuauhtémoc-Moctezuma in 2006, where they worked in the Customer Service - Distribution and Services Department. Blanca'sresponsibilities included general customer service, reporting damage or acquisition for coolers, front desk attention, and administrative support to different areas.
In 2007, Blanca joined Western Union as an Agent Support Specialist. Blanca held this role until 2010 when they transitioned to become an Agent Enrollment Specialist. In this position, they were responsible for enrolling all agencies in the United States and Canada, receiving and maintaining documentation, and making equipment and banking account requests. From September 2010 to August 2012, Blanca worked as an International Implementation Coordinator at Western Union, where they evaluated new financial prospects outside of the United States, coordinated implementation between IT and clients, and ensured the completion of processes through system testing and certification.
Blanca joined American Express México in 2017 as an Internal Control Analyst. Blanca was responsible for managing and controlling the New Accounts area at the Latin American level. Blanca'stasks included conducting quarterly reviews, mapping and testing risk processes, collaborating and coordinating audits, and mapping and describing processes identified as operational risks. Blanca also worked as a New Accounts Analyst at American Express from 2013 to 2017, where they reviewed credit card applications, ensured accurate documentation and system information, and handled special cases.
Currently, Blanca Segura works at RappiCard México as a Customer Success Lead, a position they started in March 2021.
Blanca Segura attended the Escuela Superior de Comercio Internacional from 2003 to 2007, where they pursued a degree in Comercial. Upon completion, Blanca attained the status of "Pasante" in their field of study.
