Igor Sarmento possesses extensive experience in operational management and logistics, currently serving as Gerente operacional at Box Delivery since December 2016, overseeing the operational team in São Paulo and other regions. Previous roles at Box Delivery included Supervisão de logística, where Igor implemented the first hub in collaboration with Aliansce Sonae, and Analista de logística, which involved establishing operational bases in Salvador. Igor co-founded AIRDOC and worked as Analista Comercial at IPM BRASIL, focusing on public management technology contracts and participating in public tenders. Additional experience includes serving as Diretor de Marketing at GRUNIX, contributing to a Brazilian SMS platform, and supporting the Diário Oficial dos Municípios at IMAP. Igor is also the founder of aniSOL, the first event dedicated to modern oriental pop culture in Jequié, Bahia.
