Brandon Ratliff is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in management and strategy. Ratliff currently serves as the Director of Operations at Rappi and previously held key leadership roles at Bird, where responsibilities included Senior General Manager, General Manager, and Operations Manager. At OneHope, Ratliff acted as Director of Strategy & Innovation and also contributed as Strategy Lead and Program Manager. In addition, Ratliff co-founded and served as Executive Director at 2trees, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Baylor University.
